The Ministry of the Velocity Interoperability Network has been formally established and today launches its official website at ministry.gov.vin.

The Ministry has published the Register of Member Organisations, recording the sixteen organisations that make up the Network, and has fixed the dates of the first meetings of the Council of Members.
- Agreements Concluded by Members Adopted on Behalf of the Network
Eleven agreements concluded by member organisations before the establishment of the Ministry have been adopted on behalf of the Network and entered in the Register of Agreements.
- Order of Precedence and Forms of Address Published
The Office of Protocol has published the order of precedence observed at official occasions of the Network and the forms of address for its bodies and officers.
About the Ministry
The Ministry of the Velocity Interoperability Network is the principal body responsible for the external relations of the Velocity Interoperability Network and for coordination between its member organisations.
The Ministry was established on 6 September 2026. It maintains the registers of members and of agreements, convenes the Council of Members, and is the point of contact for organisations outside the Network that wish to deal with it.
