Press Release
Ministry of the Velocity Interoperability Network Established
Office of the Spokesperson
The Ministry of the Velocity Interoperability Network has been formally established. The Ministry serves as the principal body responsible for the external relations of the Velocity Interoperability Network and for coordination between its member organisations.
With its establishment complete, the Ministry today launches its official website at ministry.gov.vin. The site will carry press releases, official statements, and guidance for businesses, employees, students, and travellers engaging with the Network.
The Ministry is organised into four offices: the Office of the Spokesperson, the Office of Member Relations, the Office of Agreements and the Office of Protocol. Each office is described on the site, together with the steps the Ministry follows in handling business between the Network and organisations outside it.
Alongside this announcement the Ministry has published the Register of Member Organisations, adopted on behalf of the Network the eleven agreements concluded by its members with outside organisations, and issued the order of precedence and forms of address of the Network. The Council of Members, in which the representatives of all sixteen members sit, will meet for the first time on 24 September 2026. Enquiries may be sent to the Ministry by email through the Contact Us page of this site.
